Returns, Exchanges & Refunds:
1. Please choose wisely as Tresors does not offer refunds or exchanges for simply a change of mind.

2. Exchanges will only be offered for a period of 7 working days from the date of purchase.

3. Tresors will only refund or exchange an item if they have a major problem such as:
• A problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item
• Is unsafe
• Differs significantly from the description provided
• Cannot be easily fixed or repaired

4. If the item has a minor problem, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If the item cannot be repaired within a reasonable time we will then offer a refund or replacement to the purchased value.

5. Purchased items are guaranteed for their intended use and are subject Reasonable Use only.

6. Please keep your receipt as this is your Proof or Purchase.

7. Uncollected goods are subject to the Uncollected Goods Act 1995 which stipulates:
• Any goods under $100 may be disposed of 28 days from an initial verbal or written notice
• Any goods between $100- $500 will be disposed of 3 months following an initial verbal or written notice
• Any goods between $500-$5000 will be disposed of 6 months following an initial verbal and written notice

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash and are valid for one year after date of issue. Vouchers can be arranged for use in store at Tresors and online at www.tresors.com.au. If you wish to use a voucher on an online product please contact the store to make the purchase. A valid transaction using a credit note/voucher/gift card it must be arranged by phone or through email.

We accept all major credit cards including AMEX, VISA and MASTERCARD and PayPal online. Instore we accept all credit cards and Australian dollars. Unfortunately we do not accept Diners Club International. For other types of payment including direct account deposit please contact Tresors. Goods will be sent once payment has cleared.

Tresors sends Registered Post (tracking number and sign on delivery) . Domestic parcels generally take 3-7 days. If you require express next-day post or other postage options please contact us to confirm. For international postage please allow 12-15 working days. Postage costs are minimum $10 or otherwise variable by weight according to Australia Post guidelines. For online transactions this will automatically be calculated at checkout. If a transaction shows 'error' this means the weight exceeds the maximum amount online but can be arranged by contacting Tresors for a shipping quote. Such items this may occur include bronze statues and paintings. If items are needed by a certain date please let us know and we will do our best to find the right option for you.  At Tresors we do our best to ensure our products are well packaged and secure.

Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the Tresors website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.
We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.

Terms and Conditions of Layby
• Tresors has the right to decline layby on items, including sale items and damaged goods.
• A Deposit of 15% is required of the total purchase to begin a lay-by
• The time allocated for the layby is proportionate to the total item amount. The maximum length of time is 6 months.
• Regular payments must be made in the time agreed.
• Failure to complete payments in the specified time makes the goods and 15% deposit liable for forfeiture, it is the prerogative of Tresors to cancel or extend such lay-by
• Your layby must be collected by the due date, or a $5.00 holding fee may be charged per week of holding the goods instore
• A layby cannot be exchanged for cash. It must be for another item or a credit note/gift card in store.
• If a layby is cancelled all monies will be refundable in form of a credit note minus 15% deposit as cancellation fee.
• If layby documentation is lost Photo ID must be produced if you request a replacement layby documentation, cancel this layby or when you finalise and collect this layby where no documentation can be produced.
• Information collected from the initial transaction will be used for the processing of your layby.
• Multiple items in a 'Package Layby' may not be separated until the full amount is paid.
• Tresors is not responsible for any breakages and damages to items after the item has been finalised and collected.
