Do you sell pre-owned or new items?
Both! At Tresors we have a wide range of items including authentic antiques, vintage and retro pieces.  We also have new items that are unique in design and precious natural gemstones. Sometimes old vintage pieces are required to be restrung or restored if their condition is fragile. We do our best to give old pieces new opportunity.

I can't afford to pay all at once. Can I Layby? 
Yes. We require a layby deposit of 10% then the remainder of the payment to be paid at a length of time proportionate to the amount. Postage and alterations such as resizing can be arranged once item is paid in full. Contact us for more information.Do you do consignment?
Yes, on some items we do consign. For clients who are interested in selling, we provide professional consultation by appointment only.

I have a lot to sell. Can you come to my home?
Yes, if you have several items we can come to see you- by appointment only. We travel throughout Sydney and New South Wales. For interstate enquiries please contact us to discuss options.

Do you do estates?

Do you ship overseas/interstate?
We arrange packing and shipping worldwide for most items. For extremely heavy items above 10kg our website may report an 'error' when checking out. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

Do you sell natural gemstones?
Yes! We have a broad collection of exotic gems from all over the world. Our team travel frequently to the source of many stones to get the great quality and value to pass on to our customers. 

Do you design and make jewellery?
Yes! Finding what you picture in your mind can sometimes be an endless journey. Getting something made doesn't need to be difficult or more expensive! At Tresors our large team of jewellers, setters, stringers, gem cutters and polishers have created several pieces. Pieces generally will take 2-10 days to make depending on design and a full written quote provided beforehand.
